It’s getting into the time of year when we get out our bathing suits and take a good hard look at ourselves in the mirror and wonder if there’s a quick weight loss diet that we can use to get rid of 10 to 20 pounds.

Hello – I’m George Summers and I’ve been fighting to get myweight under control for a number of years. As recently as two years ago, I weighed 315 lbs. Since then, I’ve come down to my current weight of 255 lbs and have kept the weight off for over a year.

I’ve developed the Fat Loss For Dummies site so that I can share some of my experiences with you. There are many diet plans and quick weight loss diets available on the internet. Weeding through them is difficult, and it’s often impossible to tell which ones will really work. I’ll be sharing the best diet to lose weight that I’ve found with you.
