I have not tried this program, but it does have plenty of good features. In a review conducted  by Josh Schlottman, a satisfied user, he describes the program as being extremely tough. It operates on a five-day cycle that includes the cheat day, the fast day, the shake day, the moderate carbohydrate day and the protein-only depletion day. This program is not for the casual dieter. The Weight Loss Puzzle

Dieting is never easy. We have all discovered that quick weight loss diets often cause the body to lose water weight which is quickly regained. In fact, if the amount of food intake is drastically reduced, the body goes into starvation mode and greatly hampers any further weight loss.

Over the years people have tried weight loss hypnosis, acai weight loss, acupuncture for weight loss and various diet plans in search of the best diet plan to lose weight. All too often this has been unsuccessful, even to the point of the person gaining all the weight back and more besides.

One of the best quick weight loss diets that I’ve discovered is Lillie’s Souper Weight Loss Plan. I’ve tried it three times and have found it to be very effective. In the course of the 8-day plan, I’ve always managed to lose about 10 to 15 pounds.
